As part of the A-level media course we were asked to think of an original idea for a horror film, one that later we would create into a horror film trailer.
My idea for this was to do something based on paranormal activity and the blair witch project but with a little phycological twist.
My idea was that a group of friends would be just going about their everyday life's with nothing strange or abnormal about them. But then one day one of the friends would see something, a murder in fact, something that he/she knew she should have seen he/she doesn't know what do about this weather he/she should go to the police and risk being found by the killer or just not telling anyone. The person decided to not tell anyone and because of this choice he started to have weird dreams, dreams in which he was being murdered and so where his friends. After a while of these dreams happening his friends started to go missing and after they had all gone missing he decided to look for them he had visions of them being killed and were they are but he couldn't find it. After extensive searching he eventually finds them in his basement all murdered and hanging. He then realises with a sequence of flashbacks that infact he was the killer and all this time he had been murdering them. He can't deal with what he has done so he kills himself.
